What’s a Good Gift for my Boyfriend?

So I’m a guy and my boyfriend is (obviously) a guy, btw.

Anyway… I wanted to get him something outstanding. He’s been in the hospital for a while, and we just heard that he’s pretty much getting better at this point and his illness can no longer kill him.

Here’s the situation: We can’t have sex, so please don’t recommend that. The most we can do at the moment is cuddle and kiss without too much energy. Whatever I get him has to take place in his house or I could arrange for it in the hospital if need be. He is supposed to stay in bed so he can’t go far.

Everybody keeps telling me I should make him dinner and rent movies but I’ve done that for like the last few weeks haha.

I was thinking of getting him a dog for us to have together but that’s out of the picture. A, I’d have to keep it at my house because I wouldn’t want it jumping on him and I am at his house most of the time and really can’t commit to taking care of it… B, he’d get really attached and freak if he couldn’t see it haha. Then I’d have to take it to his house, it would start crying and he’d INSIST on getting up to take care of it, which is really an unwanted scenario. So the dog is out of the question.

I’d write him something but his officially-out-of-inpatient-care is tomorrow, and I don’t have enough time…

Any ideas?
