After breaking up,my ex-boyfriend told me that he monitored all my conversations from the begining . I want to know what am I supposed to do to stop him from reading my conversation and he doesn`t know my ID or my password and he doesn`t have any acces to my computer ! So what to do ?

we have no contact at all except texting and i have to text him he wont text me! and are conversations are short please if you have any advice please tell me!!!!! i really need help
