Ex boyfriend?
There’s a girl I know that I’ve been planning to ask out, but her ex boyfriend‘s always hanging around. He’s always like touching her and stuff and flirting. I know for a fact that they’re not officially "back together" yet, but I’m not sure what I should do. Oh yeah, he’s the one who did the breaking up with her.

Don’t do it dude.. If he broke up with her the odds are good that she wants him back or is willing to take him back..
You would only be a temporary replacement for him and then when they got back together they would both hate you..
Plus you would loose her as a friend. Just wait it out and see what happens after a few months it might be ok but don’t make your move until he is really out of the picture. Good luck either way though..
Tell her how much u like her truly… and that u’ll treat her better than her ex
duh, ask her before he does! don’t lose your shot cuz he is still hung up on her. sweep her off her feet under his eyes
I would wait on asking her out. Because it he is still hanging around her and she is letting him touch her(even if the touching look Innocent) she still has feeling for him. What person male or female would hang around their ex and let them touch it they didn’t have feeling for them. My guess is zero.
