Ex Boyfriend or Not?

Ok, so I used to secretly date this guy until my mom found out. But I’ve tried to break up with him MANY times but he keeps stalling and on his myspace page it still says In a Relationship. Does this mean we’re still together and that I can’t flirt with other guys?
