My Boyfriend Hasn’t Called Me for My Birthday Yet!?

Ok, well today is my birthday, and my boyfriend hasn’t called nor texted me yet. He knows my birthday is today! He told me that he wanted to be the first person to tell me, but he didn’t tell me yet. Should i be mad at him? What would you do?

Ohh and also, he isn’t giving me a real gift instead he wants to make love with me for the first time, should i do it? (we have been toqether for 8 months)
ohh, and im 15 now

Ok, he JUST texted me sayin Happy birthday baby, i love you soo much! and i have a surprise for you when i come over
